Mynickerbot is happy to refund your secret knickers if you are unsatisfied with them as long as you send them back within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, you must email us at hello@mynickerbot.com and we will do the rest.
All returns are the sole responsibility of our customers together with the shipping costs to send your item back to Mynickerbot. We recommend using a tracked service.
What if I am not happy with Mynickerbot knickers?
Here at Mynickerbot we value our customers and we understand that as a young girl using this type of knicker for the very first time, you may not like how they perform or feel on your unique body. Items with defects
Mynickerbot takes pride in the quality of their secret knickers, but as we are all humans and errors do sometime happen and you find a defect with one of our products we would like you to contact us at hello@mynickerbot.com within 75 days of purchase. We will require an emailed photo of the product so that our clever team can look into it.
