What is the best period undie to wear when I first get my period or am not sure if it is coming?

Many tweens and teens go through this stage of not knowing when their period is coming and all the spotty days in between.  From the  onset of puberty Girls typically begin this stage between 8 and 13 years old so a pair of panty liner undies in the drawer will certainly help her feel at ease at school or sleep overs and every day in between.  They are safe for everyday wear.

In girls, early puberty can manifest as breast development, pubic hair, and menstrual periods.

Vaginal discharge is a common sign of puberty in girls and is a normal part of their physical development. It typically appears as a clear or whitish discharge in the underwear, usually occurring around 6-12 months before the first period. This discharge is a result of increased estrogen levels and helps cleanse the vaginal area.

Early Signs:
Girls may notice vaginal discharge, which is a clear or whitish fluid, in their underwear as they start breast development and puberty

Normal Discharge:
This discharge is usually thin, small in amount, and doesn't have a foul odour
